Your primary mission is to support and coordinate strategic growth initiatives with a specific focus on our Global Operate investment portfolio. You will act as a crucial link between the Global Operate team, various Deloitte businesses and our international Member Firms.
Your work will ensure that all initiatives with a finance component are executed flawlessly, monitored effectively and aligned with our overarching business strategy. You will be responsible for transforming complex financial and operational data into clear, actionable insights that guide executive decision-making and fuel our continued global growth.
A Comprehensive Look at Your Key Responsibilities
Your role will be dynamic, requiring a blend of analytical rigor, project management expertise and exceptional communication skills.
Strategic Project Leadership and Coordination
- You will coordinate across diverse constituencies to lead complex projects, conduct in-depth analysis and develop actionable recommendations and implementation plans.
- You will be responsible for establishing principles for investment and designing robust financial reporting processes that can be implemented across the global organization.
- You will coordinate investment execution directly with Operate business units and Member Firm teams ensuring alignment and financial discipline.
- You will participate in and contribute to Global Finance-wide events and town halls, representing the Strategic Growth Offerings Team.
Performance Monitoring and Executive Reporting
- You will develop and refine processes for monitoring business performance which includes identifying key performance metrics, integrating tracking into foundational systems and conducting ongoing performance assessments.
- You will prepare executive-level presentations that clearly and concisely communicate performance results, program status and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
- You will combine sophisticated financial analysis with a deep understanding of the business to drive ad-hoc projects producing strategic insights that inform future direction.
Collaborative Analysis and Data Management
- You will coordinate with other team members and Global Finance colleagues to manage large-scale projects and aggregate complex data sets from multiple sources.
- You will structure your thinking in a logical manner to effectively communicate ideas and influence key stakeholders across the organization.

We are looking for a candidate who brings a strategic perspective and a proven track record of delivering results in a complex environment.
Essential Requirements:
- An undergraduate degree with an emphasis on analytical and quantitative skills such as Finance, Economics, Business or a related field.
- A minimum of one year of relevant experience in financial analysis, project management or a related area.
- Experience working within a professional services firm is highly valued.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel with a keen attention to detail.
