As a Sales and Marketing Coordinator, you will be the direct link between our park and the community. Your primary mission is to work with schools, churches, businesses and social groups to book their visits, acting as the matchmaker between incredible guest experiences and our value-packed group packages. You will be involved in the entire sales journey from the first phone call and email to the final on-site execution of the event. Your success will be measured by the smiles you help create and the strong relationships you build within our community.
A Detailed Look at Your Key Responsibilities
Your role is dynamic, blending office-based sales tasks with hands-on event support. You will be the friendly face and the driving force behind our group sales success.
Sales Outreach and Client Relationship Management
In this part of your role, you will be the voice and the strategist for our group sales initiatives. Your ability to communicate and build trust will be your greatest asset.
- Generate new group sales leads through proactive phone calls, targeted emails and active community networking.
- Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and valuable referrals.
- Respond promptly to all group inquiries and expertly guide potential clients through the booking process from initial interest to confirmed reservation.
- Maintain an organized and efficient lead management system, diligently following up on open quotes to convert interest into sales.
On-Site Event Execution and Cross-Functional Collaboration
This aspect of the role gets you out into the park, where the magic happens. You will ensure that the experience you sold is delivered flawlessly.
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing and Operations teams to design and deliver top-tier group experiences that exceed expectations.
- Provide hands-on, on-site support for group check-in event setup and ongoing guest satisfaction throughout their visit.
- Represent Magic Springs at local trade shows, community events and off-site meetings to build brand awareness and generate new business opportunities.

- Highly organized and detail-oriented with a proven ability to manage multiple timelines and tasks effectively.
- Comfortable using email, phone and modern sales tools for daily outreach and follow-up.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bonus points for previous experience in attractions events, sales or hospitality—but this is not required, as we are committed to training the right person.
Work Schedule, Physical Demands and Requirements
This is a full-time, entry-level position that is central to our park’s operation during our busy season.
- You must be available to work weekends and select holidays, especially from May through October.
- Occasional evening hours will be required for special event execution or community networking events.
- This is a physically active role that requires you to be able to walk the park grounds regularly in varying weather conditions. The job involves frequent lifting and carrying of up to 20 pounds with occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds and the ability to move up to 100 pounds using a hand truck.
