Your Role on the Team: The Main Ingredients

As a Night Warehouse Selector, you are a key player in getting our customers the products they need. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Safely and accurately selecting customer orders using our order-selecting technology.
  • Building, wrapping and preparing pallets to meet our high standards for productivity.
  • Operating an electric pallet jack after performing pre-shift safety checks.
  • Carefully moving products from storage racks to pallets.
  • Checking that all products are correct and damage-free before they ship.
  • Efficiently delivering wrapped pallets to the correct dock area.
  • Teaming up with others to keep the workspace safe and clean.

Your Schedule:

  • Days: Sunday through Thursday
  • Hours: Sunday starts at 5:00 PM; Monday-Thursday starts at 5:30 PM. You will work until the shift’s workload is completed.

Do You Have What It Takes?

We know this is a demanding role and we are looking for people with grit and resilience. Here’s what you need to bring to the table:

Physical Requirements:

  • You are comfortable working in a multi-temperature warehouse from freezer environments as cold as -5°F to areas over 100°F.
  • You can repeatedly lift, carry, push and pull between 20 to 80+ lbs.
  • You can move more than 1,000 cases of product in a single shift.

Qualifications:

  • You must be able to read and communicate in English for training, safety and daily tasks.
  • You are able to work the night shift, typically 8+ hours from Sunday to Thursday with occasional weekends and holidays as needed.
  • Recent experience in a high-endurance role (e.g., construction, farming, fitness, another warehouse job) is a huge plus.
  • Experience with a motorized pallet jack or in a large-scale distribution center is preferred.
